Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer has 7 days from date of return label to ship the item. If the buyer does not ship the return within 7 days of receiving the return label the item will NOT be eligible for a refund/return.

Please ensure items are returned as received with tags attached, buttons are buttoned, and item is folded neatly. If these requirements are not met a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

The original box/bag that the shoes were received in is also returned how the buyer received it. Please place the shoes in the box/bag received and into a separate shipping box/bag for the return. If the original box/bag the shoes were received in is not returned free of damage the return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The color of items may vary due to lighting, monitor resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a defect. Buyer will pay return shipping. 

Looking Good Boutique is not responsible for damages/issues related to improper care/handling of items by the buyer.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The following is a list of Final Sale Items that cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • Items on Sale
  • Body Suits


Exchanges

Looking Good Boutique does not offer exchanges.

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
